RFJ240L-AYW-DNN is a 2.4-inch, vertical/portrait, and active matrix TFT module with tranflective mode. Its resolution is 240x320 pixels. The module features wide viewing angle thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now. This 2.4-inch TFT module has controller IC ILI9341V supporting MCU 8080 / SPI interface. The brightness is 500 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 500:1. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃. This design is a good fit for industrial application, testing equipment, etc.
